Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Candidate Source. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow our business in the construction and related industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow our business.
  • Recruit and train internal consultants to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to effectively manage leads and close sales.
  • Analyse existing processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and provide guidance to the internal team to increase business.
  • Create and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and CPDs to engage with customers and promote our products.
  • Identify marketing trends, opportunities, and report them to the marketing department to develop new strategies.
  • Improve relationships with current partners and identify new partners and channels to expand our business.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the scope of our product offering.
Requirements:
  • Experience in technical sales management selling into the construction, building merchant, or similar industries.
  • Exceptional talent in developing teams to deal with leads effectively.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Proven track record of increasing sales, identifying and creating new channels, and managing internal teams.
  • Confident phone manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
