Residential Childcare Support Worker

In this position, you will be responsible for providing individualised care and support to young people with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD). This will involve assisting with daily routines, engaging in activities that promote socialisation and education, and developing strong relationships with the young people in our care.
If you have a Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification, experience working with children or young people with challenging behaviour or complex needs, and good communication and interpersonal skills, we would like to hear from you.
At SGS Care Ltd, we offer a competitive salary, ranging from £27,144 to £36,192 per annum, inclusive of sleep-ins. You will also receive a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, free meals and snacks, and flexible working hours.
