Job Summary

Deckers Brands is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to lead the commercial strategy and revenue growth of UGG Distributors. The successful candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners, drive business development, and deliver sales and growth targets in the territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability in the UGG Distributors network.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributor partners across all functions.
  • Define and execute commercial plans to achieve sales and growth targets in the territory.
  • Maximize, maintain, and defend profitability across all territories.
  • Plan and deliver seasonal sell-in and replenishment.
  • Drive business development and acquisition within the region.
  • Work towards the set brand strategy and deliver on strategic pillars in the territory.
  • Provide supporting measures to accelerate sell-out performance of UGG at POS of retail partners.
  • Attend regular sales meetings and prepare sales reports, sell-through information, and other necessary information on the territory.
Requirements
  • Strong sales drive and commercial orientation.
  • Ability to use independent judgment in performing all duties of the position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
