Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our UGG team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to all customers.
- Manage the order book to enable the company to meet its sales targets.
- Develop a close working relationship with Account Managers to ensure accurate and timely order placement, management, and shipment.
- Oversee orders from start to finish, anticipating problems and troubleshooting accordingly.
- Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative, with experience in the footwear/apparel industry being beneficial.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Fluent in English and German, with additional European languages being highly beneficial.
- 27 Days Holidays + Bank Holidays & some time away from work - on top of generous holiday allowance, we can generally take advantage of half day Fridays providing our work is finished for the week.
