About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our UGG team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to all customers.
  2. Manage the order book to enable the company to meet its sales targets.
  3. Develop a close working relationship with Account Managers to ensure accurate and timely order placement, management, and shipment.
  4. Oversee orders from start to finish, anticipating problems and troubleshooting accordingly.
Requirements
  1. Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative, with experience in the footwear/apparel industry being beneficial.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  3. Fluent in English and German, with additional European languages being highly beneficial.
