Customer Experience Specialist

The Customer Experience Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via tickets and other communication channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
  • Develop and maintain documentation for the user's help center and internal usage
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of and experience with Python scripting, APIs, HTTP request methods, XML, JSON, different types of file structures, Xpath, and Regex expressions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
