Customer Experience Technical Specialist

Squire's Garden Centres is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Technical Specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Garden Centre Manager to ensure the department's success.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a team player attitude.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing professional support to the Customer Service Desk
  • Dealing with customers as the first point of contact
  • Telephone management and customer advice
  • Supporting the customer service desk supervisor in the day-to-day running of the desk
