We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Star People. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and driving business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the NHS structure and environment.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate clinical trial data and guidelines effectively.
  • Business acumen and commercial awareness.
