Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will include managing the order book, developing close working relationships with Account Managers, and providing courteous and efficient customer service to all customers.

Your Impact:
  1. Responsible for all order entry and order modifications for own account base.
  2. Communicate with sales force and customers to ensure smooth operation of order flow.
  3. Provide excellent after-sales service, by dealing with returns and credits in a timely and effective manner.
  4. Report on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to give clear picture of the status of account base.
We're looking for:
  1. Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative, experience in the footwear/apparel industry is beneficial.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  3. Fluent in English and German, additional European languages highly beneficial.
