About The Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with students who require additional support due to their complex needs.

As a teaching assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Working under the guidance of a class teacher to provide individualized support to students.
  • Liaising with parents and carers to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Participating in staff meetings to discuss student progress and share best practices.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A calm and patient demeanor in high-pressure situations.

The estimated salary for this position is £24,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
