Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to join our team as a Primary SEN Support Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to pupils with special educational needs.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy when interacting with pupils, parents, and colleagues. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
About the Job:- Provide tailored support to pupils with SEN
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop personalized learning plans
- Assist with classroom activities and group work
- Communicate regularly with parents and carers
- Enhanced DBS certification
- Relevant experience working with children or individuals with SEN
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
- $17-$23/hour competitive pay
