Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is between £18,933 and £21,823, based on experience.

Main Job Duties:
  • Support pupils in Key Stage 1, providing tailored strategies to meet individual needs.
  • Create a positive learning environment that fosters academic growth and development.
  • Collaborate closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to ensure effective support for children's needs.
  • Monitor and report on children's progress, making adjustments as necessary.
