Administrative Support Officer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Receptionist/Administrator to provide Reception and Administrative support within the Community Ambulatory Care Service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to work, with the ability to promote a professional attitude and offer an efficient and confidential service in person and by phone.
The post holder will work as a member of a team of receptionists and administrators, undertaking all aspects of the role, including dealing with patient enquiries, handling paper and computerized patient records, data inputting and filing.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Deal with patient enquiries, both in person and on the telephone
- Handle paper and computerized patient records, data inputting and filing
- Work in close partnership with the clinical teams working in and operating from Health Centres to ensure the smooth running of clinics and services
