About the Role

The CAMHS Crisis Team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments, clinical formulation, and brief interventions for young people in crisis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for young people in crisis.
  • Provide clinical formulation and brief interventions to support young people and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams to develop and implement specialist packages of care.
  • Make informed judgments to improve treatment outcomes for young people and their families.

Requirements

  • Experience in a mental health setting, preferably in a crisis team.
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multi-agency teams.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
