Bid Manager

Anderselite Ltd is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join their team. In this role, you will play a key part in producing quality pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) and tender submissions, ensuring all aspects are meticulously prepared and coordinated. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate with strong project management skills, who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bid Management: Plan, manage, and complete allocated sections of bid and pitch submissions.
- Process Coordination: Project manage bid and pitch processes, coordinating responses and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to gather necessary information.
- Document Preparation: Develop and edit high-quality proposals, presentations, and capability documents tailored to client specifications.
Requirements:
- Professional Background: Minimum of 3 years in a bidding or pitching role; experience in professional services or property industry preferred.
- Project Experience: Proven track record managing bids with revenue over £100k or construction values of £5m+.
- Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; knowledge of another language (German, French, or Dutch) is a plus.
Skills & Qualities:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Adobe Design experience is an advantage.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to documentation with an eye for detail.
