Membership Marketing Manager

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement a comprehensive membership marketing strategy. This will involve promoting the benefits of membership through various products, such as training, events, and publications.
You will work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to promoting our membership offer. This includes implementing campaigns and marketing activity to reach potential members, as well as working with colleagues to identify new initiatives and products that maximize member recruitment potential.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop and manage brand partnerships, ensuring our visual assets are used consistently across all channels. You will also work with the Professional Development function to promote events and training, including our flagship National Conference.

About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position based in Central London, offering a competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 dependant on experience, plus company pension scheme, Death in service, and employee assistance programme.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive membership marketing strategy
- Lead the promotion of products and services to current and potential new members
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure effective use of digital marketing channels
- Manage and develop the Marketing Manager, supporting them on delivery and building their skillset
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing management, with experience working in a similar industry or sector. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and strategically.
The estimated salary for this role is £52,500 per annum.
