CRM Marketing Director

We are seeking an exceptional CRM Marketing Director to join our Digital Team at END CLOTHING. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our customer-centric strategy and driving performance across CRM channels.
The ideal candidate will have significant commercial CRM experience, with a strong track record of managing complex campaign delivery and leveraging insights to identify new opportunities for customer communications. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of analysts, managing complex campaign delivery through team prioritisation and planning, measuring performance of the CRM channels, and creating business cases to size new potential candidates.
With a highly numerate background (or equivalent) and excellent communication/presentation skills, you will be able to convert and communicate data to a wide range of audiences. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships across the business, ensuring that revenue targets are met and striving to create incremental revenue wherever possible.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum. If you have experience working with SQL, and a strong interest in END CLOTHING and our brand roster, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
