Mechanical Engineering and Data Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineering and Data Director to lead our product engineering teams and drive innovation in our organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve product quality, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage product roadmaps to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and address technical risks, knowledge gaps, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop innovative solutions and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
Your Requirements:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in mechanical design or related engineering leadership roles.
- Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use both theoretical and empirical data to problem solve and model engineering systems.
