Are you a motivated individual looking for a challenging role in manufacturing? Hydro - US Facilities is seeking a Mechanical Equipment Improvement Associate to join their team.
About the JobThis role involves working with manufacturing equipment to improve its efficiency and performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in similar roles, with a good knowledge of Electro – Pneumatic/Hydraulic machinery and PLC control systems.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Improve the efficiency and performance of manufacturing equipment.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve product quality and operational performance.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals.
- Perform other duties related to the position.
- Mechanical or mechanical bias multi-skilled.
- Apprentice time-served or graduate engineer.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing, but not heavy industry.
- Knowledge of chemical mixing equipment is beneficial.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills are essential.
