Job Title: Hotel Guest Service Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Manager to join our team at IBIS STYLES. As a key member of our front office operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front office team to provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee the operation of the reception, bar, restaurant, and conference facilities to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Manage the hotel's PMS system and ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in front office operations and customer service management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of PMS systems and hotel operations.
