Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office operations, including reception, bar, restaurant, and conference facilities
  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals to provide outstanding customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
  • Act as Duty Manager during shifts, overseeing hotel operations and making decisions as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel front office operations and customer service
  • Knowledge of PMS systems, such as Opera
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
