About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content & Engagement Lead to join our RX Global team. As a key member of our RXUK business unit, you will play a vital role in creating and delivering engaging content across multiple channels to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and content strategies to reach our target audience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects and achieve business objectives.
  • Contribute to visitor and exhibitor lead generation campaign planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Design and manage event and onsite social media plans, including content creation and coordination with photographers and videographers.
  • Optimize website content for user experience and search engine optimization (SEO) to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data insights to refine and improve content strategies.
  • Translate the brand into a compelling live onsite experience for our customers, working closely with event teams to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to write and edit engaging copy that aligns with our brand voice and tone, with fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working in a matrix structure.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and use insights to improve content performance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Proven project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
  • Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
