Therapeutic Support Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled Children's Home Team Leader to join our education and therapy team. As a key member of our residential childcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our young people, focusing on their educational and emotional needs. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care home, hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and possess a full driving license issued in the UK. You will also need to have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions. In addition, you should have in-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practice, as well as values aligned with Esland's person-centred approach to childcare.

This is a permanent position working 173 hours per month, with a competitive salary of £34,824.00 per annum, plus opportunities to pick up overtime at an enhanced rate. Our shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep ins, and rota's are given in advance. We are a 365-day-a-year service due to the nature of our work.
