About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Legal and Regulatory Leadership in a 2:1 ratio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the executive office, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to provide administrative and organisational support.
  • Proactively anticipate and manage the executive's needs.
  • Manage a complex calendar of meetings, events, and travel.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and communications.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government and regulators.
  • Monitor, review, and respond to emails, voicemails, and other inquiries.
  • Track and manage project deadlines and milestones.
  • Create reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Manage confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a similar position within a multi-functional business.
  • Board level experience would be valuable.
  • Experience of working for/supporting multiple managers.
  • Experience working with external stakeholders.
  • Legal and regulatory experience would be a preference, but not essential.
  • Fast thinking, proactive and confident working unsupervised using own initiative.
  • Experience with Internal and external communications.
  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise heavy workloads and remain calm under pressure.
  • Experience in proof reading of high-level presentations and documents.
  • Highly competent in use of Microsoft tools.
