About The Role
We are looking for a Dignified Care Provider to join our team at Haywood Lodge. As a Dignified Care Provider, you will be responsible for the physical and emotional wellbeing and social needs of our residents. Your primary goal will be to promote independence, dignity, and respect among our residents.

You will assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meals. Additionally, you will contribute to creating a safe and respectful environment, facilitating independence and dignity among our residents. Your role will involve working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care plans are developed and implemented. By doing so, you will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents.

Your compensation package includes:
  • £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience
