Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to a teenage boy in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for meeting his personal care needs, carrying out regular observations, managing his clinical interventions, and helping him enjoy his favourite activities.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in care, preferably with administering medication, personal care, moving and handling, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet the personal care needs of a teenage boy in Birmingham
  • Carry out regular observations and manage clinical interventions
