Job Title: Care Assistant for Domiciliary Care

Estimated salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Complex Care Assistant. This role is ideal for those who want to make a positive impact in people's lives and develop their skills in complex care settings.

You will be working with individuals who require support with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management. As a member of our team, you will be provided with comprehensive training and support to help you excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality care and support to service users
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Managing medications and administering prescribed treatments
  • Preparing meals and snacks according to individual needs
Requirements

No prior experience in care is required as we provide full nurse-led training. However, you must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A reliable vehicle is also necessary for this role.
