About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a leader in secure transportation solutions within the mental health sector, we provide safe and dignified transport of patients.

This role is based in Birmingham and comes with an hourly rate of £15.50 per hour, plus 2 enhancements for nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Operations Manager in ensuring staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Safeguard the welfare and safety of staff, patients, and the public.
  • Promote equality, diversity, and rights.
Requirements
  • A healthcare-related NVQ, BTEC, or equivalent at Level 3 National Care Certificate.
  • Must be able to drive.
  • Experience in primary care and mental health settings.
