The Role

As a National Account Manager at Young's Seafood in Malton, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing margin performance through dynamic and innovative sales strategies. Duties Include:

  • Deliver the commercial strategy as outlined by the Commercial Director.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts through regular visits.
  • Provide accurate budget information to the Commercial Director.
  • Forecast sales and seasonal trends to support planning functions.
  • Prepare detailed customer visit reports and maintain up-to-date account information.
  • Contribute to the monthly commercial board packs with relevant insights.
  • Present and discuss key accounts at monthly commercial board meetings.
  • Offer training, direction, and support to direct reports, ensuring all business objectives are achieved.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
