Sales Development Specialist

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Development Specialist to join our team at Verto People, a leading engineering manufacturer based in York. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will play a key role in providing technical expertise, generating new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, or technical fields, with a passion for driving growth and success within a dynamic team.
As part of our team, you can expect to earn a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a generous pension scheme and 25 days holiday, including bank holidays. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical advice and support to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solution to meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and increasing revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, customer service, or technical roles, with a passion for driving growth and success.
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering equipment, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering products is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
