As the Head of Dell, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts for Dell products, solutions, and services at a prominent IT solutions provider in the UK. This role offers the chance to take ownership of the relationship with Dell and drive overall sales performance. Key responsibilities include:

**Strategic Leadership**
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share for Dell products within the UK. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize cross-selling opportunities.

**Relationship Management**
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Dell, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring alignment with Dell's objectives. Build and maintain a deep understanding of Dell's products, solutions, and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.

**Sales Performance**
Drive overall sales performance for Dell products, solutions, and services, setting and achieving ambitious sales targets. Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, and develop strategies to improve sales performance. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and business decisions.

**Team Collaboration**
Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to align sales efforts and maximize cross-selling opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them achieve their sales targets.

Experience Required:
* Extensive sales and account management experience within the IT industry, with a focus on Dell products and solutions
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
* Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Based within a commutable distance of London and available to work in the London office 2/3 days per week
