Disability Support Educator

Role Description
As a SEN Tutor, you will work with pupils who require additional support to succeed in their education. Your primary goal will be to provide one-to-one tuition that caters to the individual needs of each pupil, helping them to re-engage with their studies, regain structure in their daily routine, and continue their educational development.
The tuition will take place during school hours, five days a week, on a part-time basis. You will work closely with Prospero Teaching Careers to monitor the progression of each pupil by submitting weekly reports. Our team will provide ongoing support to ensure you have the resources needed to deliver high-quality tuition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-to-one tuition to support pupils' academic progress
- Create personalized lesson plans to meet the needs of each pupil
- Work closely with Prospero Teaching Careers to monitor pupil progression
- Submit weekly reports to track pupil progress
Requirements:
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience working in a UK classroom setting
- Possess creative, patient, and outside-the-box thinking skills
- Ability to work with challenging behavior and disengaged pupils
Salary and Benefits:
