We are looking for an Educational Behaviour Specialist to join our team at Axcis Education Recruitment. As an experienced Behaviour Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or in a similar role, you will be responsible for supporting students with challenging behaviour, helping them engage productively in class and school activities.
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic school environment, collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to support individual students' needs. You will develop and implement behaviour management plans, ensuring each student receives the support they need to succeed.
