Job Overview:

As a Support Worker with our organization, you will play a vital role in enabling service users to lead fulfilling lives, achieve their goals, and participate in their local communities.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience of supporting individuals with learning disabilities or autism, although prior experience is not essential if you can demonstrate a 'can-do approach', person-centered values, energy, and commitment. You will need good communication skills, the ability to develop good quality support plans, and a strong work ethic and duty of care. Additionally, being a car driver and car owner (or access to a vehicle) is essential for this role, with mileage allowance provided.
