About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Browns Brasserie. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving culinary excellence and delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our brand's culinary expertise and appeal to a wide range of tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Train and mentor our kitchen team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality dishes consistently.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food ordering, preparation, and stock control, to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Oversee health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.
