- Delivering evidence-based interventions to support clients in achieving their goals
- Facilitating group intervention sessions to promote a safe and supportive environment
- Promoting the Healthier You NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme internally and externally
- Working towards quality assurance framework targets and clinical governance procedures
You will also contribute to new projects and service developments within Thrive Tribe, sharing knowledge and resources with colleagues.
