Evolving Excellence in Diabetes Care seeks a seasoned Type 2 Diabetes Nurse Consultant to drive improvements in patient outcomes across the UK.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing complex cases, exercising corporate nursing responsibilities, and developing strategic plans to enhance diabetes care services.

This is a senior role, requiring the candidate to work independently, conduct point-of-care testing, refer specialist insulin treatment when necessary, and lead multidisciplinary teams.

Ideal Requirements:

  • NMC registration and at least 5 years' experience in managing diabetes within Primary Care.
  • Proven track record in improving patient outcomes and developing effective diabetes care strategies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Full driving licence.

Estimated salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
