About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our New Malden Extra store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for customers.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management, maintaining a visually appealing store display and ensuring stock levels are adequate.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets, promoting products and services to customers and providing recommendations.
