Customer Delivery Driver Team Lead

As a Customer Delivery Driver Team Manager at Tesco, you will be responsible for leading a team of delivery drivers to ensure that customers receive their orders on time and in good condition. You will be the face of Tesco, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our delivery service.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of delivery drivers to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands
* Provide excellent customer service to customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
* Ensure that all delivery drivers are aware of and comply with Tesco's policies and procedures
* Monitor and report on delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
* Collaborate with other teams, such as customer service and logistics, to ensure that our delivery service is running smoothly and efficiently
