About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Delivery Driver to join our team at Tesco. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their shopping in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer shopping trips in a safe and efficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
• Maintain a clean and organized van and delivery area
• Load and unload shopping from the van
• Manage customer interactions and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements

• Valid UK/EU/EEA driving license (full or automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy shopping bags
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
