    • Network Devices: Experience with network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
    • Network Security: Knowledge of network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control lists.
    • ITIL: Familiarity with ITIL service delivery and support processes.
    • Backup and Restore: Experience with backup and restore procedures, including snapshots and full system restores.
    • FortiNet: Knowledge of FortiNet equipment and its applications.
  • Certifications: CCNA certification is required.
