Child Welfare Professional

We are looking for a talented Child Welfare Professional to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will work within our Children with Disabilities teams, based at the Millennium Centre in Leasowe, Wirral.
The ideal candidate will have a Social Work qualification, registration with Social Work England, and experience working with vulnerable individuals and families. A good understanding of legislation relevant to the service area, including the Mental Capacity Act 2005, Care Act 2014, and Safeguarding, is also essential.
The role will involve working collaboratively with children, young people, and their carers to achieve positive outcomes. This includes conducting assessments, developing support plans, and providing guidance on safeguarding procedures. Experience of working with complex disabilities and developing emotional resilience is highly desirable.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
