**Job Title:** Youth Welfare Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Youth Welfare Services Coordinator to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our social work team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and successful integration of children and young people into permanent homes.

**Estimated Salary:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and compassionate professional to coordinate and deliver youth welfare services that ensure children are safe and achieving positive outcomes. You will be responsible for assessing and supporting children, young people, and their families, collaborating with internal and external partners for comprehensive assessment and care planning, and maintaining accurate records and analysing information critically.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent;
- Registered with Social Care England;
- Evidence of continuing professional development;
- Understanding of UK legislation relevant to Children and Families.
