Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business development within the South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing high-profile accounts and pursue new business opportunities to boost sales.
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to devise and implement effective sales and profit solutions.
  • Operate autonomously, managing your schedule and customer interactions with professionalism and poise.
Requirements:
  • Articulate, enthusiastic, and confident with superior interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and independent, capable of engaging with customers in a courteous manner.
  • Commercially savvy, with a sales-driven mindset and a focus on goal achievement.
  • Proficient in IT with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Experience in selling to garden centres, farm shops, and gift shops is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in new business development and innovative sales strategies.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, including adeptness in report writing.
