SEN Specialist Assistant

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, tailoring interventions to meet their individual needs.
- Foster a collaborative environment between students, teachers, and parents to promote academic success and personal growth.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with external agencies to ensure comprehensive support.
- Contribute to the development of learning plans, tracking student progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, with evidence of enhanced DBS clearance.
- A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and its application in SEN settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and external partners.
- A passion for education and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
The salary range for this role is £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
