Job Title: ICT Project Support Officer

Join the Highland Council team as an ICT Project Support Officer and play a critical role in the Council's digital transformation programme.

Job Purpose: The successful candidate will work as part of the Web Project Team, supporting the review, design, build, and delivery of content on the Council website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the review and design of web content to ensure it is accurate, accessible, and meets user needs.
  • Collaborate with teams across the Council to guide them in best practice for web content writing.
  • Assist in the delivery of content on the Council website, ensuring it meets Council web standards.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide support to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
