Job Title: ICT Project Support Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ICT Project Support Officer to join our Web Project Team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the review, design, build, and delivery of content on the Council website.

The ICT Project Support Officer will work closely with teams across the Council to ensure that web content is accurate, accessible, and meets user needs. They will engage with stakeholders to provide guidance on best practices for web content writing and ensure that content meets Council web standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will be highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the review, design, build, and delivery of content on the Council website
  • Work closely with teams across the Council to ensure that web content is accurate, accessible, and meets user needs
  • Engage with stakeholders to provide guidance on best practices for web content writing
  • Ensure that content meets Council web standards
  • Collaborate with the Web Project Team to deliver high-quality web content
