Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team at Armstrong Knight. This role will be responsible for raising sales invoices, dealing with customer queries, and liaising with other departments on invoice queries.

About the Role:

  • Raising sales invoices and emailing them to customers from information generated by service teams.
  • Dealing with customer queries, sending out copy invoices, etc.
  • Liaising with other departments on invoice queries.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Some credit control.
  • Assisting with bank reconciliations.
  • Assisting with the entering of supplier invoices when required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience with Outlook (emails and calendars) and a basic knowledge of Excel spreadsheets.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary in the range of £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
