As a key member of the Corporate Operational team at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a vital role in supporting the Senior Nurse team bed manager, site management, and HOOH coordinator. This challenging position requires advanced clinical skills, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £42,058 - £58,423 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including access to the NHS Pension Scheme and 27 days holiday rising to 33 days (depending on NHS Trust service).

The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing with an acute trust, working effectively within a team, and liaising with other professional groups. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our extensive range of learning and development opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A First level RGN with 2 years experience in a senior nursing role.
  • Diploma/ Degree in Health related topic.
  • ALS/ PLS (must be completed within 6 months of appointment).
  • Evidence of continued professional development.
  • Evidence of post reg specialist clinical learning (Post Graduate Level Study).
