About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Clinical Services to join our team at YouthLink. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising all clinical outpatient core services, including What's Up Walk In, Brief Therapy, Short Term Treatment for families, Ongoing Therapy, Family Therapy and Group Therapy.
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements policies and procedures for clinical services
- Provides leadership and guidance to clinical staff
- Manages and coordinates the delivery of clinical services
- Ensures the quality and effectiveness of clinical services
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
