Mental Health Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Program Manager to lead our team in delivering outpatient children's mental health core services to youth from 0-24 and their families. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for setting the direction and service delivery for our clinical services.
Your responsibilities will include managing and supervising all clinical outpatient core services at YouthLink, including What's Up Walk In, Brief Therapy, Short Term Treatment for families, Ongoing Therapy, Family Therapy and Group Therapy. You will also provide best practice Clinical and Administrative Supervision to direct reports.
In addition, you will manage and review the bi-annual file audit process for the clinical team, provide performance evaluations of direct reports, and ensure the collection of statistical, research and program evaluation information regarding the Clinical Team.
